Prerequisites

It is recommended that for the most successful outcome after taking this course, the student has:

Working knowledge of how Salesforce is being used in their organization and general familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Experience user interface.
Experience with using the Salesforce1 mobile app on IOS or Android devices is helpful but not required.
